I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, with a Bachelors Degree in education. I have been working in the health and wellness field for the past 16 years. Having started my fitness career working with seniors at assisted and independent living homes has given me a better understanding of the aging process and the effect it has on the human body. The youngest person I will work with now is 50. Cost of Personal Training: 1 hour - $50.00 6 hour sessions or 12 half hours - $280.00 Group Rates (2 or 3 People) $175.00 per person Group Fitness Classes $5.00 per person for a 10 week session. (minimum of 10 students) .CPR and AED Certified .Liability insured .AARP discounts
