My passion for fitness began over 20 years ago. Since then, it's been non-stop learning and growing professionally to keep on top of the ever-changing fitness industry. I hold many specialty certifications in various fitness and wellness modalities and was excited to learn about the AARP Program with ACE. Being a baby boomer myself, makes it easy for me to understand the manner in which the older adult's body works; being a women makes it easy for me to relate to issues and concerns specific to women.
