I am a Navy wife and currently a stay at home mom and still teach several group fitness classes each week. My focus has shifted towards Group Fitness and Yoga Training over the past 5 years and I have not taken on any PT clients. While I was personal training, most of my clients consisted of women ages 20 - 50... those who want to lose weight, tone up or maintain a healthy weight/size. I have also enjoyed working with the older adult, both healthy and rehabilitative. I am highly motivating and energetic in my approach both in my group classes and when I was working with one on one clients.
