Deborah Quilter is a fitness expert who specializes in designing exercise programs that help people overcome injuries without strain. She is the Director of Yoga at the Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she founded the Balance Project: a senior Yoga class. She has made a DVD of the seated Yoga routine she teaches there. Ms. Quilter has written two books on repetitive strain injury (RSI) The Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book and Repetitive Strain Injury: A Computer User's Guide and her exercise program has been featured in national magazines.
