I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 18 years in Strongsville,OH. My client list in very extensive and I have some clients that have been with me for all 18 years! I am passionate about health and overall wellness and I am determined to make a difference in each of my clients lives. As the obesity rates rise in the USA, I feel it is our job as fitness professionals to make Americans aware of how serious this epidemic is becoming. I attempt to educate my client enough on fitness as well as nutrition,so they can educate their kids so we can reverse this increase in obesity.
