Kneeling Lat Pulldown

Resistance Bands/Cables

Place a cable pulley in the highest position and attach a wide bar (the one with the long handle.) Hold the bar in both hands and kneel in front of the cable machine with the knees on the ground (if necessary use a pad for added comfort.) Lift the chest and pull the bar down to the front of the shoulders while keeping the elbows out to the side. When the bar touches the chest pause for a second before slowly straightening the arms and returning the weight to the starting position.
