Back pain is something that many of us experience- in fact, it’s the second most common complaint cited in doctor’s offices. It is estimated that 80% of Americans will suffer at least one episode of back pain in their lifetime, and it’s been reported that in 2010 alone Americans spent nearly $50 billion dollars on the treatment of back pain. Although there are many causes of back pain, there are some common things you may be doing in your workout that may be contributing to an already aching back.
