ACE is excited to be at IHRSA 2012 beginning on Wednesday. We're looking forward to getting together with other health and fitness industry leaders, and engaging in dynamic conversation. We hope you'll join ACE in an important discussion we're presenting.

ACE's very own Scott Goudeseune, President & CEO, will moderate a panel that includes Cedric X. Bryant, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer, in the session, "A Vision for the Future," on March 14.

The session will provide insight into ACE's 2012 Vision Report, which outlines the future of fitness in America and the industry.

Other panelists who will join Bryant are Michael Mantell, Ph.D., ACE Senior Consultant for Behavioral Sciences, Lynne Brick, RN, President of Brick Bodies Fitness Services; Art Curtis, Ph.D., Chairperson of IHRSA Board of Directors; and Dave Pickering, Founder and CEO of Preventure/International Fitness Club Network (IFCN).

Don't miss this important session in which ACE, along with other industry leaders, will tackle these learning objectives:

  • Outline a vision to inspire, motivate and encourage more people to make physical activity an integral part of their everyday lives.
  • Describe the importance of collaboration in helping ensure the fitness industry is effective in achieving its lofty goals for the future.
  • Provide an overview of existing collaborative initiatives that support the promotion of active healthy lifestyles.
  • Discuss new ways and opportunities to build bridges that help change lives through fitness.
