ACE-certified Fitness Professional, Lisa Coors, is making a big impact in Cincinnati beyond the walls of her company, Coors Core Fitness.
In addition to the numerous fitness awards and accomplishments she has earned during her successful fitness career, she was also named as Inter Parish Ministry's (IPM) Volunteer of the Month!
For the past several years, Coors has given her time and upbeat energy to IPM where she partnered with STOMP OUT HUNGER 5K, and acted as the race's master of ceremonies. Enlisting the help of her team of athletic trainers and clients, she has also volunteered at their annual Toy Store.
To see exactly how she has impacted lives outside of her fitness business, read this note from IPM:
Hi! My name is Claire Long and I'm the Volunteer Coordinator of Inter Parish Ministry, a food and clothing pantry in Newtown, Ohio. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about one of our great volunteers, Lisa Coors, who not only gives of her own time, but enlists her whole company, Coors Core Fitness, to help us. In addition to supporting and volunteering at our events, Lisa ran a blog between races to encourage everyone (including all of us non-runners) to strive for better health. Lisa has a strong commitment to our community and is a great role model for us all.
That is why we chose her to be Inter Parish Ministry's Volunteer of the Month! I have attached the certificate that we awarded to Lisa and have put around our office and pantries. I like to pass on this information to other organizations as another way to honor our volunteers and their efforts.

Congratulations, Lisa! Fitness professionals like you is what makes Team ACE so awesome. Go Team ACE!
