As part of its "Quit & Get Fit" program, the Ontario Lung Association held a spontaneous aerobics workout right in the middle of Toronto. Passerbys were recruited to participate in what looked like a fitness flash mob! Watch how it went:
The program, in its third year, promotes physical activity based on research that shows exercise can help people quit smoking. Pediatrics recently found exercise helped teens quit smoking.
