In case you missed it on Monday, Jane Fonda brought out her signature bodysuit, leggings and leg warmers on The Today Show. And at 73, she looked just as fit!
Of course, Fonda became a fitness icon with her highly popular workout video, Jane Fonda Workout, from 1982.
Fonda is now back with two new workout DVDs for baby boomers: Prime Time: Firm & Burn Low Impact Cardio and Prime Time: Trim, Tone & Flex. Both Fonda-led workouts were released Tuesday.
Showing that she could still rock a bodysuit, leggings and leg warmers, Fonda certainly knows something about the role of exercise on aging well.
"It's important to exercise when you're younger," Fonda said in an interview with Matt Lauer. "But it's the number one ingredient for successful aging."
