Stand with the feet wider than shoulder-width apart, and hold a kettlebell in the right hand so that it is hanging down along the front of the right thigh. Point the left arm straight overhead and sink back into the hips to lower the kettlebell in the right hand along the inside of the right leg right while looking up at the left arm. To stand up, push the right leg into the floor and push the hips forward while raising the back up straight and tall.
