Program Pre-Requisites

1. To enroll in this program, you must:
    • Hold a current ACE Personal Trainer or Advanced Health + Fitness Specialist Certification
    • Be Adult CPR trained
    (Note: Effective January 1, 2009 all new and renewing ACE-certified professionals in the U.S. and Canada must hold both a current CPR and AED card to sit for or renew an ACE certification.)

2. To activate your AARP profile listing after enrollment, you must:
    • Have a $1 million liability insurance umbrella policy (starting at $179 through ACE)
    • Complete two free .1 CEC online courses
          1. Understanding and Motivating Older Adults
          2. Screening and Assessment for Exercise Programming
